Executive Director
Colleen Sinsky, MSW
Colleen has worked on building bridges to affordable housing in Oregon for the past 15 years. Prior to joining Fuse in 2020, Colleen managed Central Oregon’s Coordinated Entry System and supported unhoused youth and chronically homeless adults through street outreach and housing retention case management. She’s a data geek, housing advocate, and uses what she’s learned through years of direct service to build an effective and equitable organization. Outside of work, you’ll find Colleen gardening, biking, or rafting the Deschutes River with her partner and her Australian Shepherd, Danner.
Colleen holds a Master of Social Work from Portland State University and a BS in Economics from Santa Clara University.
Housing Services Manager
John H. Baldwin
John is excited to be on the team at Central Oregon FUSE and bring a wide range of experience to help find and create housing solutions for Central Oregon's most vulnerable populations. He’s spent over 15 years leading and supporting multiple non-profit organizations throughout Oregon and more than 5 years working directly in affordable housing here in Central Oregon through leadership roles in property management and resident services coordination. John loves collaborative work with community partners to help individuals not just find housing opportunities but also create sustainable long-term housing solutions for themselves and their families.
When he's not working, you’ll either find John out with his family enjoying all the fun, beauty, and adventure Central Oregon offers or on the road enjoying his motorcycle.
Fractional Controller
Yolanda Saporito, Founder, Mission + Margin
Yolanda serves as Fuse's Fractional Controller, bringing more than 15 years of financial and accounting expertise across nonprofits, healthcare systems, higher education, and the resort industry. Having most recently served as Controller for a mid-sized Central Oregon nonprofit, she now provides fractional controller and bookkeeping services to several local mission-driven organizations through her firm, Mission + Margin. Her deep experience with nonprofit multi-fund accounting makes her a crucial partner in Fuse's work to mobilize and steward complex, braided funding on behalf of the people we serve.
Outside of work, Yolanda loves exploring the best lakeside camping spots with her family.
