Meet the Staff of Central Oregon FUSE
Executive Director
Colleen Sinsky, MSW
Colleen has worked on building bridges to affordable housing in Oregon for the past 12 years. Prior to joining FUSE in 2020, Colleen managed Central Oregon’s Coordinated Entry System and supported unhoused youth and chronically homeless adults through street outreach and housing retention case management. She’s a data geek, housing advocate, and uses what she’s learned through years of direct service to build an effective and equitable organization. Outside of work, you’ll find Colleen gardening, biking, or rafting the Deschutes River with her partner and her Australian Shepherd, Danner.
Colleen holds a Master of Social Work from Portland State University and a BS in Economics from Santa Clara University.

Operations Manager
Stephani works 10-12 hours per week for FUSE. Thank you for your patience with email response times.
Stephani Scott
Prior to joining FUSE, Stephani spent over 15 years with nonprofit and government organizations. Stephani’s career spans facilitating families' transition to home ownership with Habitat for Humanity, leading a healthcare district with a focus on health inequities in priority populations, and, more recently, she worked to develop resources and connect students to services (financial, counseling, childcare, housing, and more) at a large community college district so students can overcome barriers to completing their educational goals.
Stephani has a BA in Sociology from San Diego State University. She enjoys volunteering, swimming, cooking, and cross-country skiing here in Bend with her giant dog, husband, and daughter.

Administrative Coordinator

Emily Forster
Emily joins the Central Oregon FUSE team as the Administrative
Coordinator, where she brings her rich background in nonprofit
operations and her passion for community engagement to support our
mission. Previously, Emily steered projects at the Noyo Food Forest and
Three Rivers Charter School where she built educational programs and forged strong community partnerships to enhance food security.
Emily is eager to leverage her experience to support our housing programs at FUSE. Outside of work, Emily’s life reflects her
commitment to making a difference, whether she's gardening,
volunteering, or exploring Bend's natural beauty with her kiddo. Her
blend of professional expertise and personal dedication makes her a
vital addition to our team!
